The first solution is to make sure you have an iPod Touch. Believe it or not, most people believe they can play an iPod Touch game on any iPod, when it can only be played on an iPod Touch or iPhone.
After making sure you have an iPod touch, make sure your software is up to date. Some apps cannot be played because your software is too old or too new (the new 3.0 software has to be accommodated by many apps, and some did not accommadate the new software).
If you've tried all of the above, then it may be the app itself. Try redownloading the app and see if that works. If even that doesn't work, then it may be a problem with the iPod itself.

∙ 14y agoFirst check that you have all of the software updates. If it still doesn't work then try resetting the ipod. As a last resort call up apple for assistance. They might know a nice quick fix without you having to buy a new ipod.

∙ 13y agoThe games for the iPod Touch were specifically meant for the iPod Touch and can only be played using an iPod Touch. If anyone could buy the apps for their computers, no one would be buying an iPod Touch. Thus, the apps can only work on the iPod, not on your computer.
