The new test is out of 2400 points, 1500 is about average. "Is it a good score?" This is the wrong question to be asking. Instead, look at the average scores reported by the schools you plan on applying to. Does your score fall into those ranges? A good score will enable you to attend the school you want to attend. Remember, if your score is lower than a school's reported averages it is important to compensate for that low score in other areas of your application like GPA and your personal statement.
