Mensa requires an applicant to have an IQ that is higher than 98% of the population. in the USA, UK, Japan or other first world countries your 17 out of 30 would not allow you to qualify for Mensa. But, say you went to a country in Africa...pick anyone except Egypt...and you would certainly be smarted that 100% of those monkeys.
