Bally's is better....i mean, the only problem is that they're not open 24 hours of the day, but the trainers are way better there. They have trainers of all body types to help you get the kind of results that you want, no matter what it is--the trainers aren't just clones that regurgitate stuff they learned in some class--they learned from experience. I've heard some stuff that 24 hour trainers have told their clients, and some of it is really surprising. But, if you like working out with a bunch of people who work out just because they can and hog machines even though they probably won't be back for another 2 months, then go to 24 hour.
