No. In Michigan you can have a moped under 25cc's or a motorcycle over 125cc's, front and back lights and blinkers. Pocket and mini bikes can not be registered at all or ridden on public roads.
I'm not sure about large scooters....I've been playing this game for about a year (in addition certain city/county laws DO get worse too...check yours). IF they are legal e.bay motors had a good selection cheap and close enough to save $2-300 in shipping.
Please this would be a good thing to write State Officials on.
It's hard being green in the Motor City....
They could at least help us kids scoot off to school somehow.

it goes 25 mph
55 cc of water is 0.243 cups
55 cc of water is 1.94 ounces
.8cc is larger than .55cc
A timber bear is 55cc. http://store.chainsawr.com/
1 inch = 2.54 cm hence 22 cm = 8.66 inch
By dirt bike do you mean a petrol (gasoline) powered bike? If so you need to be 16 years old to ride a moped (not exceeding a 55cc engine and a speed no faster than 50km/h) To ride any other types motorcyle it's 17 years old for bikes not exceeding 33bhp, and 21 for any size motorbike. (Any motorbike can also be ridden after 2 years experience of a bike < 33bhp) To ride any vehcile on the road, the bike must be road legal (including tax, lights and number plate), have at least 3rd party insurance and an appropriate liscence to drive that class of vehicle.
1 cubic centimeter = 1 milliliter 5 cc = 5 ml
Depends on what you're looking for. There are 55cc and under models that many places allow you to drive without a license, motorcycle endorsement, or underage. Clear up to 650 and 750cc "cruisers" that you can drive cross-country and cost upwards of $10k. The "big name" Japanese brands are arguably "best" (Yamaha, Honda, etc.) I have a Yamaha "Zuma" 49cc. It's reliable, as quick as a sub-50ccs get, and looks more like a dirt/sport bike than a girly Euro-style scooter, which I think is good. Of course if you like the "girly Euro-style"you can get a genuine Italian Vespa or one of the look alikes (Honda Metropolitan). There are a bunch of small motor Chinese scoots (Kymco, Eton, and "who the heck knows") that are half the price of the things I've mentioned. But they're unreliable slow junk, and when they break.... good luck finding exact parts. They're the "Bic lighter" of scooters... disposable. But I think $1000 is way too much to gamble on a "disposable" item.
you cant. well you can but you have to buy a speacial chainsaw controller. i think they only sell it online srry dude. no chainsaw ever. well there is always the modding community (ive seen one where a chainsaw replaces the knife...)
