Solutions to global warming and climate change do not mean we have to give up our standard of living. Al Gore is a wealthy man in his own right, and few wealthy men would choose to live in a humble house in a poor area, so why Al Gore? Moreover, it would appear that Gore's home is also his business premise, which makes some sense if you are trying to minimise fossil fuel usage. Perhaps some critics are really hypocrites, for claiming that Mr. Gore should live more frugally, while themselves claiming that climate change is not real.
