I don't understand the question-- what is "Muslim sand"? First, the president is not a Muslim. He is a Christian, his wife is a Christian, and his two daughters are Christians. He does have Muslim relatives who live in Africa, but he also has Buddhist relatives, Christian relatives, and thanks to his marriage to Michelle, one Jewish relative who is a rabbi. As for the sand, Mr. Obama was certainly raised around plenty of sand, since he lived much of his life in Hawaii, and could easily find a beach to go to.
