Bosnia is a mixed country with around 40% Muslim, 40% Serbian Orthodox and 20% Catholic people. It is comparable with countries elsewhere in Europe. Even cities like Sarajevo which has a huge Muslim population compare with other European cities and apart from many headscarves and less drinking of alcohol you won't notice women acting any differently to anywhere else in Europe or North America.
