A Buddhist would likely say that he or she is letting go of all control and hinderances that the mind can get them caught up in. However, I believe the Buddhist appears to need to be in control of self and their surroundings. Is it possible to completely be in control of something we didn't create….even ourselves? I am just amazed that many Buddhists say there is no self! How can there be no self when they are all about themselves?
