Actually many dog foods claim to be very healthy and some look awesome but as a vet tech for 6 years looking at ingredients became very important..If the first ingredient is corn, and it usually is,then most of the food is just filler with very little nutritional value. Look for the first ingredient to be a protein such as lamb or chicken and the next to be rice and not too many more to follow. These foods will cost quite a bit more but you feed them much less(so it goes further)and they potty #2 MUCH less because their body absorbs most of the nutrients instead of passing out fillers. The dogs appearance will be much nicer too like shiny hair, clear eyes, more energy and so on.

A 5lb dog would be something like a Chihuahua or Yorkshire Terrier.
The dog shown on the Caesar's dog food can is a White West Highland Terrier. If you are wondering where the West Highland Terrier originated from they were originated from Poltalloch, Scotland. I hope this helps answer your question! =)
