Not according to the dealer i spoke with.
On a Dodge the clutch is only covered for 12 months/12,000 miles, After that is is considered a wear item.
No. I recently had the spring plate fail in my clutch and when I took it to the dealer they stated that it was not covered in the ESP. The Clutch is considered normal wear item like brake pads.
not unless you just bought it with a written warranty. So otherwise, NO
You will need to call and ask your provider. They will all very, but a drive train warrenty will give you some luck.
a clutch is a disc that pulls the drivetrain away from the gears so you can shift and select another gear.
No! My daughter had hers go out at 37 months. I'm curious if this is a common failure.
You do not "lube" a centrifugal clutch. http://www.snowmobileforum.com/engine-drivetrain/26360-generic-clutch-cleaning-advise.html
You can change it. See the Do-It-Yourself guide here. http://g35driver.com/forums/engine-drivetrain-forced-induction-diy/118037-diy-high-clutch-want-lower-your-clutch-engagement-point.html

Hi, Something in the drivetrain is seized/locked up. Peace, crigby
Tech A only.
Our Citroen C1 (June 2007) developed a slipping clutch after only 35000 miles - most of which has been done on motorways, not around town. Having done some research on the Internet, I suspected that this might be a design or manufacturing fault - common to Toyota Aygos and Peugeot 107s as they share the same engine. I took the car into the Citroen garage this week, and told them that I expected the clutch to be replaced under warranty, but they said that this was unlikely as the clutch is only guaranteed for 12000 miles (not the normal 60000/3 year guarantee). I advised them that if the clutch could not be replaced under warranty, I would take this to Trading Standards, as I didn't believe that 35000 miles on one clutch demonstrates "merchantable quality". In the event, the cost of clutch replacement (approx £670) was covered by Citroen and the dealership between them. It's a real shame as aside from the clutch problem, we are very happy with the car.
