No, this is another internet myth. The reason they don't have "ObamaCare" has nothing to do with being exempt. The reality is they don't need it, because for many years, long before President Obama came to office, congress already had its own healthcare package. Thus, members of congress simply kept the plan they already had. It should also be noted that the congressional plan is not "free"-- there are premiums, and every member must pay for certain services. I enclose a link to a Politifact piece that debunks the claim about congress being "exempt."
Yes they are.
Universal opposition is usually referring to the opposition to universal healthcare. Universal healthcare allows individuals to receive healthcare without paying for it. They do, however, pay extra taxes each year. Opposition to universal healthcare means that you do not agree with it.
What healthcare coverage does the Congress have?
There needs to be universal healthcare in the United States.
Congress is not exempt from the laws they pass. Laws passed by the federal government apply to all citizens of the United States, even the people who make them.

Thailand has a universal healthcare system that is means tested.
Congress decided that charities, as well as political parties, should be exempt. They were concerned that the limitation would reduce their ability to raise funds.
k12-Universal Healthcare.
Nowhere was exempt, but it came out of the halls of Congress and spread from there.
If you get universal health care a whole industry will build up around it creating jobs for those displaced and more for others. Time will tell. But most feel it will cost jobs, not create them, and bankrupt the economy..The President does not have a money tree, as many think..And, 62% of Americans are against the Healthcare bill, but Congress did not listen to the people..They will in November, at election time.
