No, Damon is not Elena's father in The Vampire Diaries. Elena's biological father is John Gilbert and her guardian is her aunt, Jenna Sommers. Elena eventually discovers that her biological father is not who she originally believed him to be.

Vicki Donavon was turned by Damon because of his thirst and boredom but was killed by Stefen . That's pretty much it . . . !
