Cloud 9 it is a Ashley Tisdale Produced Film. Auditions are in Utah- Salt Lake City, and California- Los Angles. It is a Snowboarding movie, but snowboarding experience is preferred but not required.
I hope this helps this is all I could find out, because I am a 13 year old looking for the same thing but I live in Ohio so this audition wouldn't help me out.

∙ 14y agoWell you would have to go to America to audition for Disney Channel because Disney Channel is a big company and America is a big country so they stick to America you could always email them sorry but i don't know there email but ask what there email is in winkianswers box. Yes you would have to be 10 or over to adution

The extra role on Hannah Montana is for a girl ages 8-12,and the character's name is Tiffany.The role is described as "A huge Hannah Montana fan who just saw her concert".
