No, the UK is East of the US.
None that I know of.
Europe is a continent. It is not in any country, so it is not in France, the United Kingdom or the US. France and the United Kingdom are both in Europe.
The UK is in Europe while the US is in North America. The UK still uses the monarchy system of kings and queens while the US just has a president, governors and senators.
None. Europe is bigger than the US. Europe=3,930,000 sq mi, the US=3,794,101 sq mi
None, the UK does not have a dollar based currency.
Such a scenario is totally unlikely and ridiculous, and it depends on how you define Europe. If you by Europe mean the European Union, there would just be mass destruction and death bodies everywhere, meaning none would win. If you by Europe mean the continent inclluding Russia, Turkey, etc., then Europe would win with overwhelming military power.
The uk and europe will have an effect with immigration which could lead to problems with the united states economy and possible with the us mint.
Postage to Europe from the US is 98 cents for a one-ounce letter.
