Usually no it's not suppose to be. Because basically only your friends would know your Formspring, unless strangers happen to cross on it. You could make enemies for whatever reason, if that person just didn't like how you typed, or your picture or whatever. But by the time that happens you'd start arguing and such. But if they were to bully you, and you didn't like it or something, tell someone or just not go on that site again. Or you could change your link
