Parchment paper. Only brand I've seen at the grocery store is Reynolds.
Baking parchment is also known as greaseproof paper. It is available in most supermarkets.

Greaseproof paper is the British name for what Americans call waxed paper. It is coated with wax. Non-stick parchment paper is treated with silicone, and is much better for baking since it can withstand higher heat. Don't let it hang over the edge of your pan.

There is at least good alternative. It is a silicone cup. Another one could be a non-stick pan.

Crisco was initially, and still is, used as an alternative to regular shortenings such as butter and lard. A recipe calling for Crisco in baking should respond perfectly well to the use of identical quantities of butter, which will also give an excellent flavour.
