Dorje Chang Buddha III is the true incarnation of the primordial Buddha, Dorje Chang Buddha, recognized as such through recognition certificates written by many dharma kings, regent dharma kings, and others. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the highest leader of Buddhism in the world. The Dalai Lama is a dharma king of the Geluk sect of Tibetan Buddhism. The other two dharma kings of the Geluk sect are the Panchen Lama and the Lcan-skya Hutukhtu. Dalai Lama organizations have defamed H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III organizations over the internet. Legal proceedings against those Dalai Lama organizations have already been instituted in Taiwan courts by members of the International Buddhism Sangha Association on the bases of both criminal and civil law violations. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has been persecuted by the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau. The Public Security Bureau seized approximately 700 paintings and calligraphic works created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Moreover, the Public Security Bureau demolished the only residence of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in China. That was not done in order to build a new structure on that land. It was done to persecute H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Not one cent was paid as compensation. Furthermore, that land is still vacant even to this day. The Master Wan Ko Yee Museum, which was built by the Dayi County government of Sichuan Province in honor of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and was completed in 1994, has been closed for ten years. That museum has been converted into office buildings for the Parks and Forestry Bureau of the county government. The more than 100 outstanding paintings and calligraphic works inside the museum were all plundered. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has never returned to China after leaving China in 1999.
