1Tb hard disk supports but its not guaranteed to work perfectly it may cause problems to mother board the preferred one is 500 GB hard disk.
I have checked 1 TB hard disk With D945GCL MotherBoard, but its not working ie. MotherBoard is not Supporting.

If you are talking about a standard PC or laptop, then you have a disunderstanding. Hard drives don't have Intel or AMD software on them. You can format the drives (blank them) using a utility such as FDISK in windows or find a freeware applciation on the internet. You can then place the hard drive in an Intel machine (if that is what you mean) to use it to install your OS onto. Yes. The Intel D845GVSR was one of the first Intel desktop boards to support LBA48. LBA48 addressing allows you to use drives large than 137 GB (127 GiB). Theoretically, you could install up to a 144 PB (petabyte) hard drive, but as 1.) These don't exist yet, and 2.) IDE will long phased out by the time they do, you will likely never reach the largest supported capacity.
Why Intel Pentium 3 doesnt support 80gb hard disk?
Depending on your computer's BIOS, it might support or not a 7200RPM hard disk drive. Usually a Pentium 3 should support 7200RPM hard disks. I personally own a 800MHz Pentium 3 with a 160GB ATA hard drive and it worked without updating the BIOS(last updated in February 2000). So, a Pentium 3 should support newer hard drives but make sure your BIOS is at least from 1999 or 2000 since I don't think a 1995 or 1996 BIOS can handle a 7200RPM hard drive.
