I ordered the product and he never delivered it and worse yet he turned it into a game of cat and mouse. He is not available to speak on the phone, refund my money or deliver the product. Run! don't walk.
Note by editor. While it's clear this customer had a problem getting a reply, the question of not being able to get a refund is not valid, this is a clickbank product, so getting a refund is a simple case of requesting a refund with clickbank.
Product delivery is automated, and I personally had no problem with it, and contacting clickbank would have been the best bet to get support or request a refund if you were unhappy, rather than jumping on Yahoo questions & shouting "SCAM!"
