Most of it........ Massachusetts is 70% rural the only thing that doesn't make it rural is Boston. But even Boston is a environmentally green. In fact 35% of Boston is small woodlands. Travel west and south and it's covered in endless forest, many fields/prairie, rivers/any waterways, mountains, beaches, and more. I classify Massachusetts as a rural landscape. I don't even live their, my cousin does he lives in Boston. Compared to my city its like a wilderness.
