Metroid Prime is a first person adventure that was released for the Nintendo GameCube, later re-released for the Wii. In it, you explore the vast world of Tallon IV. The graphics are excellent, and so is the gameplay. I would highly recommend it, as well as Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.

probably metroid prime corruption for wii, but mertoid prime and metroid prime 2 on the gamecube are the cheapest and are pretty much the same Kanden has to say: they ruined metroid orime 1 because they didn't add screw attack. ALSO they ruined Metroid Prime 2 because of beam ammo limits. out of the metroid primes i choose............Metroid Prime 3 Corruption as the best of metroid primes. but if it is an old metroid like Super Nintendo's "glory days" i choose super metroid. i also love metroid zero-mision and fusion.

Well, you can never beat the classics. I actually haven't tried the wii version of Metroid Prime. If its anything like Metroid Prime 3, then I believe that the wii version of Metroid Prime would be the superior version. The gameplay would be smoother and more revolutionized. Also, the graphics for the wii version are more refined compared to the Gamecube version of Prime. Good Answer?

It all depends on what you enjoy. Sci-Fi action, or... whatever "Jade Empire" is. (sounds like a game of the Orient). I enjoy Metroid, since its a classic game. The graphics are awesome (not counting the original Metroid or Metroid II: Return of Samus) , the weapons are awesome, sound quality is awesome,(not counting Metroid II: Return of Samus). So, if you enjoy Sci-Fi Action/adventure, Then go invest for the upcoming Metroid game, Metroid: Other M, or go buy Metroid Prime at Gamestop for five or six bucks.
Is metroid prime a right game for 10 year olds?
Metroid Prime has a lot of monsters and action in it, if you would like to keep the 10 year old away from such games, it's better not to buy it for him/her, but it's a fun game tho :) But I think it's better if you wait till he or she is 12 years old
What do Artifacts do in Metroid Prime?
Artifacts in Metroid Prime are like Keys. In the game, besides the normal Story line that you have to play, there are Artifacts hidden thruout the 5 maps which you also need to find to unlock the Crater which is the last part of the story. You need 12 Chozo Artifacts (or Keys).
Metroid other M sounds awesome but I am worried it could end up like Pokemon Battle Revolution and sonic 2006 which I will never never get but yeah so is it a good game?
I am a huge Metroid fan, so you might not believe my answer as much. But, Metroid: Other M is a fantastic game-not like any of the other Metroid games. It is more action packed, violent, and all the good stuff. Defiantly worth the money.
