The PSVita does not use UMDs, your games either come on the new PSVita Game Cards, or are downloaded from the PSN.
How do you download Minecraft on psVita?
As far as i know minecraft isn't legally available on psVita if it was i would have downloaded it.a modded (illegal) psp however has a game called dragoncraft/lamecraft(crappy version of minecraft) it is very limited to just building.I dont recomend wasting time on it.
