No, a Nazi is a person belonging to a group that has, over it's history has been a political, military, or a criminal organization. There are groups of Nazis in a number of countries who may be connected and share ideology or have no connection to other groups. Since anyone can use the term for themselves or group, there is no definitive definition of a Nazi other than their claim that they are followers of or believers in the original Nazi political/military party of the thirties and forties in Germany. Those are the Nazis that generated the war in Europe that is called World War Two, which left many millions dead and much of Europe in ruins.
