I use Panicyl and it works for me but it may not work for other people. I don't think its the cure for anxiety (is there one?) but is way better than being sick all the time from benzos and antis. Believe me I've tried them all. Goodness knows what that stuff did to me. Panicyl keeps my anxiety manageable and allows me to sleep well at night. What more can you ask for.
It has been good for me. I have been taking panicyl now for about a year and love it. I feel calm and in control when I go to places that use to cause nervousness and anxiety attacks. Funny thing is I fought with my doctor about starting to take it back then and we ended up have a falling out.
