A law was passed in Maine on August 21, 2009 claiming that Underglow is not permitted to be used on any moving vehicle in the state. This law was passed after a young child was drawn to the bright colored lights under a 1998 Honda Civic driven by a local, Josh Mourtzanos. The child ran out to inspect the lights, and was severely burned by the radioactive rays that are emitted from the Underglow lights.
no
I think it's illegal to have neon underglow in Texas.
NO they are not legal in Maine. They are banned.
yes its legal to own a tarantula in Maine
None, but there will be underglow available for every land vehicle in Saints Row: The Third
It is legal in Maine. But whether or not it is legal according to Maine statutes, it remains illegal according to federallaw throughout the US.
its true it really depends on the state laws but as in any form of law it is usually vauge and up to the police officer to make the call
yes as long as it was legal there
You will have to check with local law enforcement however generally when the vehicle is not on the road (moving) then you can have whatever lights you want (as long as they do not imitate law enforcement).
yes

No, it is not legal to hold a Maine and New Hampshire driver's license at the same time. The penalty in Maine for having a Maine DL and a New Hampshire registered car (under the same name) is a fine of $900
