Alprazolam (Xanax) is Schedule IV in the U.S. This means it is illegal to sell without a license and illegal to possess without a valid license or prescription. Also...many hair tests now check for more than the NIDA5/ SAMHSA-5, and include at least Cannabis, Ecstasy/MDMA, Cocaine, Opiates, Methamphetamine, Amphetamine, Phencyclidine (PCP), Benzodiazepines, & Barbiturates
And : The National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) requires that companies test for five specific categories of drugs. Most drug testing companies will provide a test that checks for all five categories. These five categories include:
· Cocaine -- Includes Cocaine, Crack and Benzoylecognine
· Cannabinoids -- Includes Marijuana and Hash
· Amphetamines -- Includes Speed, Methamphetamines and amphetamines
· Opiates -- Includes Heroin, Opium, Codeine and Morphine
· Phencyclidine -- PCP
Depending on what profession you are in or what business or governmental department you are required to take a drug test for, there may be expansion tests required. These test for additional drugs such as:
· Barbiturates -- Including Phenobarbital, Scorbarbitol and Butalbital
· Hydrocodone -- Including Vicodin and Lortab
· Mehqualone -- Known most commonly as Quaaludes or Ludes
· Benzodiazepines -- Includes Valium, Xanax, Librium, Serax and Rohypnol
· Methadone
· Propoxyphene -- Includes Darvon compounds
· Ethanol -- Known as Alcohol
· MDMA or Ecstasy
Drugs that can be tested for, but are not commonly tested for include:
· LSD ,etc ...
Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates (Codeine, Morphine & 6-Monacteyl Morphine), Methamphetamine, and PCP. These five drug classes are mandated for testing by the Federal Government. Some will also test for Benzo's - including the above.

Hair follicle and urinalysis testing

They test your semen. You have to masturbate right in front of them.
The federal Government became increasingly involved in education.
A mandated service would be something like this: your job requires you to have a drug screening before you are hired. They send you the lab slip. You go to the lab and have the required testing done. The lab would submit the testing with the correct codes and a modifier -32, for "mandated services", because you were required to have these services performed.
You can find Federal Governement standards for asbestos testing on the Environmental Protection Agencies website. They are located at http://www.epa.gov/asbestos/pubs/asbreg.html. The site has a lot of information for both professionals and consumers.
atleast 6 months to a year
There is over at truckingtruth/truckers-forum/Topic-971/Page-6/dot-drug-testing-urinalysis-or-hair-follicle . This list needs more updating, but is the best I've found so far.
Hair Follicle drug testing is the most accurate, long term, and hard to beat, of all laboratory drug testing. As your hair grows, any chemical substances in your body also grow out with your hair. Other than shaving your head, there is no way to hide drugs in a hair follicle test.
