About 2 years ago, my weight 130 lbs. I want to lose weight & so i tried this Zhen De Shou. During my first day, I felt some kinda rumble-grumble beneath my skin (waist, thigh, whole face including my eyes).
2nd day, palpitation was noticed with a pulse rate of 130 BPM & BP of 145-160 over 80-100 mmHg. That was totally hypertension, I was just 20 years old that time.

But, wen i stopped it.. (2 weeks later) I gained 10lbs.. that's the bad effect of stopping it..
I was then diagnosed to have an unidentified PVC (Premature Ventricular Collapse) ...my heart was affected & now my uterus..

If your having hypertension you should ask your doctor first. but then the original zhen de shou has no effect on the heart with aspirin, it safe as well. but if you experiencing tachycardia or rapid pulse stop it! maybe youre taking the fake pill.
