in the back of a haynes repair manual for the 1984-1988 fiero .. it has every wiring diagram you need for the whole car including wire colors .. Crosby
Yes It would be esiest if yu has a 1985 V6 Fiero car to get parts off This will require a replacement computer and a bunch of custom wiring and shifter work to get running otherwise. Good Luck

1987 Pontiac Fiero2.8 liter V-6
Disconnect the battery. There is no stored memory beyond that.
the only thing you can do is track back your wires where they are fried and try to fix them or worst case you might have to replace the wiring harness itself. good luck
check the haynes repair manual for 1984-1988 fiero chapter 5 section 5. it is under engines electrical systems. it has pics also. hope this helps. Crosby
IN MY 1985 Pontiac Fiero some purple feed the computer sensors and some green feed the marker and tail lights.YOUR CAR WILL BE DIFFERENT!Unless its a Pontiac Fiero
My favorite is the CD player with muli-band equalizer from a 91 to 92 Trans AM. You will have to make a wiring harness adapter, but these are available from eBay complete for $10 to $15. The great thing is that the display lighting is red and dims with the other instrument console lighting and it mounts like factory with the same mounts, knob shape, and lettering fonts as your Fiero. There is also a guy on eBay that modifies the above stereo to include an aux input for your iPod / mp3 player.
Open your hood. Its in the middle between the AC aluminum thing and the brake booster. Simple one wire harness, these things are cake, 50 times easier on the fiero cause you dont have to sit on your head. Make sure its not the blower resistor first.
Suzuki and TVs are motorcycles Pontiac Fiero is a very rare collectors sports car.
