All but one species of spider has toxic venom, but hardly any of them give medically significant bites to humans.

The venom of the Chilean Rose Haired Tarantula is not a medically significant threat to humans. They do have long fangs that might penetrate a human's skin by as much as 1/4 inch. So bites should be treated like any other puncture wound, and watched for signs of infection.

Scientists are investigating the venom of this spider for the possibility that one or more of its components might be useful in the treatment of certain kinds of Heart disease. What nature develops for one purpose sometimes turns out to have other useful qualities.

Yes, all tarantulas are venomous, but most new world tarantulas venom is not very strong, almost as bad as a bee sting. If you have been bitten (you might not have) all that will happen is it will go red and maybe flame up but not to a serious extent. Even though it is not such a bad bite i would still consult a doctor. Definitely do this if you have an allergic reaction to T bites. Maybe none of this may even happen.

Take it from me, I've been bitten by my little C rose

Not at all. A Rose has very weak venom, as do all tarantulas. Their venom is strong enough to stun their prey, not kill them, as they prefer their food alive. Think of a tarantula's bite as being about as troubling as a bee sting.
