Hawker Water Less batteries are most commonly used in forklifts. After investigating, I could not find any information on vehicle use of the Water Less battery.
If you are using it to turn on the car a good battery would help.
you can avoid draining the good battery
if the battery is good and charged sure
A car battery does not need a capacitor as it's regulating capacity (when in good condition) is well above any capacitor you can fit into your car.

Hawker is the largest brand of industrial quality batteries in the world. Their batteries and chargers can be ordered online from their 'hawkerpowersource' website or at approved retailers around the world.
my battery is good but having problems with starting
Get a donor car and use it's battery to start your car. You will need a set of quality jumper cables. Or you can charge the dead battery on the car for about 2 hours with a good 10 amp battery charger.
Yes, they make a good battery.
It is a good quality battery. I have one installed in my Toyota that is 5 years old.
battery cables not making good contact with battery
Hard to say as it depends on the battery and how good it is. A good battery can sit for 6 months and easily still start a car and 1 year is not out of the question.
