A full size is smaller than a queen. I have a full size and a small room but it is perfect for me. Enough to stretch out, especially if just one person is sleeping in the bed. I suggest getting a full size over a twin.
Ten times smaller.
The numerator is "much smaller" than the denominator. "Much smaller" is subjective, but then so is "close to" in the question.
A 100 is ten times smaller than a 1000
It would be a smaller number, but without knowing what fraction it is raised to, you can't tell how much smaller.
no a gram is much smaller then a dime.=)
Depends. They vary in weight.
On average 136 pounds.
The average queen size mattress weighs between 90 and 110 pounds. The average queen size box springs for the mattress weighs is between 60 to 105 pounds.
Technically yes, in the same sense that you can use a 4" plate for an 8" steak. A twin box spring is considerably smaller (slightly shorter and much narrower) than a queen mattress. The mattress will stick out nearly a foot on each side of the box spring, and a few inches at either the top or bottom (or both).
It depends on how much you intend to bend the mattress and the type of mattress. Many modern mattress manufacturers offer king- and (less commonly) queen-sized mattresses with hinges in their frames to allow them to be temporarily bent to, say be moved to the second story of a home through a tight stairwell. With smaller mattress sizes, you really should not bend the mattress beyond 10 or 15 degress (and even that is stretching it for some brands).

Short answer: No. A U.S. full size mattress is 54 inches wide and 75 inches long. A U.S. queen size mattress is 60 inches wide and 80 inches long. There is a tiny possibility that a full fitted sheet that has extremely deep sides might have enough extra fabric to cover a queen, but it would not fit well, if at all, the corners would not match up at all, the points would be on the top edge of the mattress.
Enough to break your neck.
Any furniture or bed store, or, possibly on line. response to this answer: The problem is that the Olympic Queen Size (which is 6" wider than a regular Queen and therefore a much more comfortable for two and not as huge as a King at 72"wide) has been discontinued over the last 3 or 4 years.
it can hold about 600-700lbs

Normally the weight of a queen size mattress lies between 70 to 80 lbs. Mattress gives comfort to us at the time of sleeping, sitting, etc.. Last month I had bought a mattress from "Mrfurniture.co" for my home, which is a trusted Furniture and Mattress retailer in the Tampa. I like that most because it provides comfort and also easily movable according to requirement.
