16 days is the gestation period of the Syrian hamster (teddy bear)
There is no such breed as a Dwarf teddy bear hamster. The normal 'Teddy Bear' hamster is just a nick-name given to another variation of the Syrian hamster. This is the long haired variety and is sometimes referred to as the "Teddy Bear" These hamsters are all one and the same breed, the Syrian hamster. (Mesocricetus auratus) No attempt should be made to intermix different species.
By 'Teddy bear' do you mean Long-haired Syrian? And by 'black bear' do you mean black Short-Haired Syrian? Then yes. They are both Syrian.
FOUR MONTHS
A tedy bear hamster looks like, a hamster as big as your hand on average, any coat color, and are very gentle. Most of them are long hair, and have loger hair aroung their bums, which are called skirts.

Hamsters do not "shed". Sometimes, adult male long hair syrian (teddy bear) hamsters will lose sections of their "skirt" (the long hair tufts by their tail), but hamster do no shed annually.
Yes you can as long as they are both teddy bears. I used to have 1 brown and 1 black teddy bear hamster myself.
At Petco and Petsmart they are $9.99.But you could get one cheaper from a breeder.
