Technically yes. I have done this conversion, but there will be some problems along the way. The two motors both use the same sensor components and wireing. the throttle body may have to be swapped back due to vaccuum demands. the car will start and run, but without changing the engine computer it will generate a few pesky trouble codes, enough that the car would not pass emmissions.
it would fit in the body just fine everything generally lines up needs a computer otherwise itll be like pouring a water bottle through a garden hose, all you will get is a trikel and no real benefits

The idle air control valve on a Saturn SC1 is found on the intake manifold. This valve controls how much air enters and engine and allows how high the motor can idle.
The motor is not worth fixing. Go to a junkyard and just get a new one
The wiring diagram for the wiper motor on a 1993 Saturn sc1 can be found in the Saturn service manual. The manual might be available at the local library, or can be bought through most any auto parts.
