Is Manchester City Council allowed to take your details if you are under 16?

You think that because you are under 16 you are allowed to do what you want? I simply wanted to know, if someone with no uniform, not a police officer, a completley random person with no I.D, is allowed to write my name and address down on a pad of paper?

Can the police look into a restroom stall to observe a crime being committed?

There is a clear expectation of privacy in a toilet stall, so random intrusions are not allowed. If an officer had probable cause to believe a crime was taking place within the stall, they could look through a crack in the door jamb or over the partition to investigate further.

What if a police officer pulls you over and they cant find a reason to issue a ticket?

If the officer pulled you over then he had a reason otherwise that is illegal. He can issue the ticket based on that reason. That is called probable cause. If an officer pulls you over and can not articulate probable cause then he must immediately release you because it would then be an illegal detention.Another View: In many (most?/all?) states officers are allowed to conduct random 'spot checks' of motorists to determine if they are operating in conformance with the state's laws regarding proper licensing, registration and insurance compliance.

Are police untrust worthy?

Police officers are hard to predict you never know what there going to do and how they are like as "cops". Cops in some cases have abused and struck brutality on innocent people. Lots of police officers take advantage of there "duties". I know a police officer and hes a great guy! In my case some are harmful and un trust worthy. make sure you follow the rules and you won't have to deal with Officers unless you the un-lucky one to get pulled over for some random test. just hope for the best
