Yes this is ok. At 15-years-old you will hit puberty very soon if you have not already and your penis will grow along with other things too like hair under your arms and around your genitals. your height will increase and your feet will get bigger. Your brain will be changing and making things confusing too. Your voice will get deeper but all this will have happened by the time you come out of puberty and become a young man. It normally takes a few years.
