Of course the guy has a chance! As a girl, I can honestly say that weight doesn't matter one little bit in the long run. I'm happily in love, and I still would be, no matter if he was rail thin, or full figured, as they say. It just means there's more to love! Real women won't look at weight as a major factor, they will look for someone with a good personality, and who will be there for them. If weight is a problem for a girl, she's probably quite shallow, and is looking for "the perfect guy". When she grows up, she'll realize perfection is in the personality. Go for it!

The guy still has a chance of course :) Most girls I know don't go by looks, you've just got to be confident and go for it, don't look back, you will have nothing to loose so you might as well try. I know a lot of big boys and big girls that are in happy relationships. I'm a big girl and my boyfriend is tiny, you know, people tend to go for more personality than looks, just be yourself and the right person will come to you.

Absolutely the guy has a chance! And I can support this with my own experience, my boyfriend is a bit over weight as well but it does not matter to me becasue I love the person he is, and I don't care about his weight. I am a relatively small girl and my boyfriend is a little big, but we have been together for 5 months now, and it has been the best 5 months ever. Honesty, loyalty, personality, trust, self-confidence and pride in ones appearance is what most girls/women want. By "pride in ones appearance", I mean clean, well groomed, etc. A heavy man can be much more attractive than a slender man, just from the way he grooms himself. Also, the way a man carries himself is important. Walk with your head held high, as if you matter, because you do!

Women who care more about a man's looks or his money are shallow, insincere and aren't worth wasting your time on. If my husband were heavy and poor, I would love him just as much, because he would still be the same man on the inside.

There are some girls who won't look twice at an over weight guy. Sometimes it's a matter of preference; they just aren't attracted to over weight men. This doesn't make them a bad person; it's just what they prefer. Just as some girls prefer blonde, dark, etc;, size is also a personal preference for many women. But, by the same token, there are also many guys who won't look twice at an over weight girl.

Are you really overweight, or do you just think you are? Bigger guys, tall with muscle and a little belly, sometimes think that they are fat. Guess what, those ones aren't. Big guys tend to make a smaller girl feel protected and more confidant with herself. So, every "over weight guy" does have a chance.

It depends on their personality and what the girl's taste is. For example, I was friends with a kid who was overweight, but he has quite a good personality. Until he turned on me and told everyone that we were dating, when we weren't. That kid made my crush hate me and he tried to tell me that I didn't need any other boy. Oh my goodness! I am a 13 year. old girl and I'll admit that sometimes when an overweight guy asks me out or whatever, I am a little bit hesitant. BUT, that is because I want a guy that takes care of himself and cares about his wellfare. Most girls will not only look on the outside but on the inside. I'm a girl, and there are DEFINATELY overweight guys who I find sexy. To me, and I really think to pretty much everyone, personality is where love happens. If an overweight guy is confident and seems into me, I'll totally be excited- and I'm not overweight, so it's not like overweight people are limited to each other.
