I also got this email and it's a scam. They send you a fake check that looks real enough and ask you to take 10% and send them the rest. By the time you realize the check bounced because it's a forgery, you are out a hell of alot of money and someone in Russia is laughing all the way to the bank with your cash. DO NOT DO THIS. If you want to know for sure tell them you will hold all payments until the checks clear. You will not hear from them again if you do as they will move on to the next sucker they can find. Furthermore you should forward the email to the FBI's internet Fraud Division and Interpol. I did and also reported them to Career Builder's admin.
