High blood pressure is is not the immediate result of various or bacteria. It is acquired genetically or created by lifestyle.

Actually our liver have more than 500 functions to perform in our body and producing digestive enzyme's, controlling bile, balancing air aliment (vayu), a lot of skin problems, keeping our intestines smooth & soft etc.

It is my experience first your intestines are hardened and ill and only then your artery's go hard and finally you suffer heart disease.

Every body knows it acidity causes stress and stress causes acidity vice/verse so keep your stomach cool.

In Ayurveda we only believe in first keeping stomach cool & clear and then the rest of the problems for permanent cure.

Just remember that Ayurveda targets cure but not control only.

To be away from the problem of high B.P.

1. Take 5-8 badam (almonds) and a glass of toned milk, bhune chane, 2 tablespoon green raisins.

2. Mix Black sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds all equal and take one tsp. twice a day.

Both the above treatments will increase your HDL cholesterol and decrease LDL cholesterol.

Yes, its true that you should reduce intake of salts, chlorine, floride. Avoid Achaar, Pappad, additional salt on salads etc., drink lot of water, walk for at leat 4 k.m. a day.

Avoid butter, ghee (fat), maida (fine flour), meat etc. but you do not have to avoid if you take cow's milk or its fat.
