It depends. If you're already overweight and will lose weight through bodybuilding that should lower your blood pressure. However, if you're normal weight or lower and plan on gaining your blood pressure will rise.
Additionally you may be at risk for strokes, etc, and should consult with your doctor before starting. Lifting heavy weights can cause temporary increases in blood pressure so you want to make sure that you don't have an aneurysm that's waiting to pop before you start doing 400lb squats.
If you do have an aneurysm don't despair. You may be able to take medication to lower your blood pressure to a safe level to begin bodybuilding. In this case continue to monitor it because it may drop low enough for you to stop the medication.

It is impossible for organs to become "external" from high blood pressure. At most, possibly you could give yourself a hernia (males) or strain your back muscles. You'd be dizzy and have a headache with exercise-induced high blood pressure. Just as a counter-point, when is the last news story you read or heard that a bodybuilder "exploded" from doing too much bodybuilding? Never!
