Boys Like Girls came up with their name by Martin Johnson (Front man) emailed friends asking what their band name should be and one of their friends said Boys Like Girls and they searched all over the computer and no one had that name yet ,so they took it. (: -------------------------------------- actually, Martin suggested the name "Boys Like Girls" as a joke [the day before their gig]. The rest of the band liked it so they called themselves that.
