Buying a cell phone booster is useful in circumstances such as when you are in a canyon or valley and your cell phone is frequently dropping calls or if you have dead zones on your way to work.
If someone has a cell phone locator then it means they can find their phone if it has fallen out of their pocket. There are a lot of people who put their phone down and then forget so it can be useful.

There is no definite answer currently. Scientists and doctors will know more as the years progress, because cell phone waves would have a gradual effect on the brain, and evidence will become apparent (and more people eligible) to figure it out. So, better safe than sorry... don't sleep with your cell phone by your head.
useful
Some research has concluded that cell phone signals can cause cancer and disruptions to the ecosystem. Actually that is incorrect. Cell phones work off of microwaves which are the second type of electromagnetic energy on the spectrum and are only harmful in great quantities like what is found in a microwave oven. Cell phones do not run on near that amount and are not harmful towards you nor the environment.
Home phones can have a more consistent connection than cell phones. Also, not everyone wants a cell phone as some people are afraid of possible cell phone radiation.
