Whether or not Cheez-Its is healthy has been an ongoing debate for a while now. However, the real answer is yes, and no. They are certainly a "healthier" alternative, then say, sugar loaded cookies, or fatty potato chips. Cheez-Its are relatively high in sodium though. But the positive is that they have some good fats as well, such as mono and polyunsaturated. Also, you get some fiber and protein. Nor do they contain sugar. The serving size is roughly 30 Cheez-Its, so its a pretty filling serving. In moderation Cheez-Its are "healthy", but none would consider them a health food. But they make a great snack, and a better alternative to cookies and chips. Cheese Nips are pretty good as well! Enjoy!

Eating in excess is unhealthy because of the fat calories taken into to your body, and can cause weight gain. One bag of Cheetos has about 160 or 170 calories, and 90 or 100 calories from fat. Although there are some nutritional values like iron and protein and calcium, you can definitely get these nutrition from fat-free milk.
