DeWalt has some excellent cordless tools, but I really don't believe ANY maker has all the best tools across the board. I have a Makita cordless drill which is now 6 years old and still performing faultlessly. I have various favotites among all the big makes, but nobody has ALL the best.

Makita power tools are sold online and in many home improvement and department stores. Cordless tools are some of the more popular, such as their cordless drills and cordless saws. Combo sets are available as well.
The best brand of cordless power tools woul be black and decker.Their products range in various types of things you would use in your daily life. You can find this at Home Depot.
There is no single best cordless power tool. Each manufacturer has good and 'not so good' tools.
There are plenty of DeWalt cordless drills for under fifty dollars that are an excellent value.
Makita, DeWalt, and a few others. The longest lasting power tools are the Milwaukee brand. They invented the Sawzall and other tools for tradespeople. All depends on the job and the user, professional tools last the longest under tough use, but are overkill for home users. Rigid (home depot) have lifetime warrenty if you mail in your slip with in 30 days, hitachi has 7 years, and most others have 3 year. Hitachi is the cheapest professional tool, but has less torque (umph!) than the dewalt, bosch, and Milwaukee. Dewalt offers the highest voltage drill 36volt, and Milwaukee makes a 28 volt. Bosch has a quicker charge (15 minutes,) and makita has a ton of fans from older tools that lasted. For the most part if you see the brand in every store, there's a good reason for it, and you really do get what you pay for! I have used dewalt for years, and haven't had a bad tool yet, but its all about getting the right tool for the job.
Your best bet is to stick to the exact same brand of powertools, for example, you will need to purchase all dewalt brand, or all bosch brand. You may also ask a customer service representative at Home Depot, they have always been so helpful!
Being able to use a power tool on any job site and at any location is extremely important for some people. To be able to do this, cordless tools are best. With cordless tools, it is wise to have ones that will all take the same battery pack. This will be most convenient. Many companies will offer one type of battery for all of their tools. Having extra batteries will be useful when away from the shop and the power runs out. Finally, the recommendations of the manufacturer should be followed when it comes to the charging of the batteries.
The best ones I have used are Makita.
There are a variety of options for one to purchase a Dewalt hammer drill. These drills are available from stores such as Home Depot and Lowe's or online from Amazon and eBay.
DeWalts are superior because they're designed for contractors. As their business depends upon pleasing these very demanding customers DeWalt has to give them the best batteries available. It's simply their only choice.
Wait, MY roof on YOUR Cutlass, what? I find for this sort of work, the reciprocating saw is by far the best choice. Grinder cutoff tools also work well, but make sparks. Sparks induce fire. The battery powered DeWalt recip saw is hard to beat. Many other brands are also similar in quality and ability. Bosch, makita, Milwaukee.
