Nope! Dhaniya leaves of India is called Cilantro and Parsley is totally a different herb (although it does look like dhaniya leaves)!
Ajmodh is hindi name for parsley. This is for garnishing the dish. Hardly available in Nepali market. The good substitute of parsley is Coriander. That is Dhaniya in Nepali.

Parsley is not native to Andhra Pradesh. So there is no equivalent word in Telugu for parsley. It can be called kotthimeera కొత్తిమీర because it is similar to coriander though it is not appropriate.
