No. This drug is not covered under medicare part b. Under certain circumstances, it is covered under part d (prescription drug coverage) however you must have the qualifiying illness.Two of these are having cancer and being on chemotherapy and certain eating disorders. Since this is a very expensive drug, it'll put you in the donut hole pretty quick and I beleve the copay if 25% -33% of the cost. Sorry I can't remember.
PART D Medicare covers the RX Celebrex. Part B does not cover it. Part A covers it if it is dispensed while you are in the hospital.

medicare part b is for medical part and medicare part a is for hospital. If the procedure was done in the hospital it should be coverd.
