Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B do cover speech therapy under the authorization of the primary care physician. There may be limitations. There is no therapy for planning management however there is medication therapy management. This is part of Medicare's Part D prescription drug plan that is required under the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003.
