I too had a dull aching in my lower belly at approx six weeks pregnant and it was accompanied by a brown discharge so as you can imagine I thought the worst. The pain was very similar to a period pain and I was convinced something was wrong and so the hospital gave me an early scan and everything was ok. I have also read on the internet that you can get growing pains during early pregnancy which apparently is the womb preparing itself for the growth of a baby. Also you can become constipated during pregnancy which also can be a very similar pain to a period pain. I hope this has helped and I wish you and baby all the best x
yep, that's a common normal pregnancy symptom. i had it but did some excercises and fortunately they dissappered.
u need to streghthen your pelvic muscles.
this is what you do:
1. stand up, relax your shoulders
2. push your pelvic bone forward
3. then push your pelvic bone back
4. do it everyday - mornings 1 - 3 mins per day was enough for me
another excercise is:
1. breath in and focus on your breath
2. breath out and concentrate on the way your belly moves in and out
3. you should feel the area strengnthen
another excercise:
1. pretend you are absolutely desparate to urinate, but u are in no position to urinate
2. you have to your use muscles down below to hold it in
3. so hold it in
4. then release it (but don't pee!)
always go to the doc or midwife to check this is right for u. also see a phisiotherapist - your midwife should refer u - also Google 'PELVIC FLOOR EXCERCISES' if you want more information on the above steps.
hope it helps, congrats and good luck x
Hi, Yes this is a normal symptom.
Yes it is, i have cramping and backache right now, i do get really hot aswell. try and keep the feveres down though. xoxo
Yes very normal. In fact its a pregnancy symptom.
Kidney or renal pain is not a normal symptom of pregnancy and could be sign of an infection. Call your doctor!
Some things are the same as when you are pre-menstrual so not it's not strange depending on what symptom we are talking about.
Yes, "vivid dreams" often accompany pregnancy. It is normal so long as these dreams do not inhibit daily function or otherwise alter your life negatively.
Fever is not a normal symptom of morning sickness and is not normal during pregnancy, so it is good to always check with your doctor if you have a fever while pregnant.
She might have a change of attitude or personality during pregnancy. Hormones can make this happen. A lot of pregnant women experience this symptom.
It may not be. That was my only symptom and I was having a miscarriage. It can be a very small amount and still be a sign of miscarriage. You should tell your doctor so they can check on the status of the pregnancy.
Take a pregnancy test to find out. Back pain is not the chief symptom of pregnancy, and brown spotting can be normal with the IUD.
Normal nipple sensation is when it is stimulated then it will erect and constant stimulation makes the uterus contract.
It was for me. About 10 days after my iui I could not stop belching and passing gas. It was insane...non stop all day. That and itchy nipples were the only signs I had prior to a positive hpt.
Dizziness is a normal symptom of pregnancy. You should NOT, however, be smoking. It is not healthy for the baby. Please consult with your prenatal care provider.
