Well since it's instant, they use alot of salt and usually a high amount of MSG (Which is a flavour enhancer.) You shouldn't really eat that much, as the nutrients in it are extremely low, eating it once or twice or even rarely is okay. But if you keep eating that on a daily basis, a lot of bad things await you. Apparently, depending on which 'instant food' you're on about, some can cause cancer. Generally, i think you should stay away from instant food as much as you can. I'm eating instant pasta right now, boy do i regret it. The flavour is so strong aswell as salty, blech! Because you will end up eating more for lunch and your stomach will start eating away at its self and it will slow down your metabolism. Also, without the added energy from breakfast, your brain will not function as well as it should during the morning hours.

this isn't really an answer but im putting it to the test the morrisons instant noodles are lower in fat than the super noodles theyre cheap, cheerful, taste good and i really would like a quick weight loss option will let you know how it goes :)
i don't think its bad at all because its fun and its a good why to get to no people better as long as your life is not just instant messaging 24/7 i think it fine
