no, the person is an illegal immigrant, not a felon
Yes.
Felony.
Legally no. Illegally yes ;)
Mexicans ARE allowed in the US. As visitors and legal immigrants. When people from any country want to come to the US to stay, live and work, there are laws that cover the procedures to do that. Many people in Mexico have ignored that law, and moved into the US illegally.
Such an alien would first have to regularize his or her status. That often, but not always, requires leaving the US and re-entering legally.
Two reasons; the US is not doing it's part in stopping them from entering. The country, where the drugs are grown/mfg., are not doing anything to stop them from being shipped out. It all comes down to $$$
yes
It is usually called burglary- breaking and entering with the intent to commit a crime at that place- and yes, it Is a felony.
Yes, and in the case of felony crimes, most will.
Illegal immigrants can't get food stamps (any children they have while they're in the US can, but the people who immigrated illegally cannot) and they most certainly do get felony convictions for illegal drugs.
Breaking and entering is a felony.
In New York State burglary, the crime of entering a building with intent to commit a crime therein, is a felony.
If you are in a country illegally, and are arrested for a felony, you MAY be deported.
